The Challenge

Vero Linens offers luxurious, handcrafted linens that combine timeless elegance with modern comfort. While they offer one of the highest quality lineups of luxury linens available for an unbeatable price, their site’s conversion rate and AOV didn’t show it. While they did pull in significant organic traffic due to efforts made on the content marketing side, exit rates were high and returning traffic was nowhere near where it needed to be. As the theme was outdated, performance was cumbersome and the goal was to rebuild the website anew and set up a marketing funnel designed to make the most of it.

Our Solution

We built Vero Linens’ new theme off of BigCommerce’s core Cornerstone theme. Streamlined CSS and making the most of existing theme functionalities allows the new storefront to deliver a fast, simple, and elegant shopping experience. By partnering with a paid media partner and building out the email automations and campaigns in Klaviyo we successfully catapulted the customer base to new highs and with a whole lot more intent. To make the most of this primed traffic, we used existing BigCommerce functionalities to bundle products and pair offerings to increase average order value while keeping costs at a minimum for the storeowner. We are elated that our solutions helped Vero Linens increase online revenue and repeat business by leaps and bounds.

Custom Pagebuilder Widgets

Pagebuilder widgets were built into the core theme to allow the merchant to update site content at will. These widgets serve as a drag-and-drop, visual library that make up the content displayed throughout the site.

Email Marketing Revolution

We built out automatic flows in Klaviyo to bring customers back to their carts for the conversion and made use of regular campaigns to boost holiday sales and repeat purchases. With some TLC and carefully crafted strategy, the email marketing side of the business saw significant increases in open & click rates as well as a massive growth to the audience.

Bundling and Upsells

Bundles and upsell functionalities like Frequently Bought Together can help storeowners get more out of every order, but often at a cost. We were able to get creative with native BigCommerce functionalities to achieve product bundles in a way that customers can easily “complete the look” of their bedding set while the merchant took on no added recurring costs.
